Welcome to Course & Distance Limited, the specialist horse racing holidays company dedicated to giving you the very best horse racing travel packages.  In 2009 we were named as;


               The Official UK tour operator of the VELKA PARDUBICKA.


Since 2004 we have taken hundreds of people horse racing in Europe. We are not a subsidiary of a larger organisation (rest assured your holiday is ATOL protected - 6805), nor do we run holidays to other sporting events. Quite simply our expertise is in horse racing holidays and we believe that whatever your level of interest, you will appreciate the events, destinations and personalities (including Richard Dunwoody MBE, Steve Smith-Eccles, Dean Gallagher, Ray Cochrane and Marcus Armytage) we have put together for the next 12 months.


This year as always we will offer you the very best action over the jumps and on the level as we experience the Grand Steeple-Chase de Paris, the Italian Gran Premio di Merano, the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, and finally the Czech Velka Pardubicka (our weekends in Pardubice have become legendary to those in the know).

Our newsletter for each tour gives our guests exclusive insights and interviews ahead of each trip. We believe this gives  everyone an essential background knowledge we feel is key to getting the most out of the weekend - we've even been known to highlight a winner or two along the way.


Over the years guests on our horse racing breaks have enjoyed meeting Richard, Steve, Dean and Ray, as well as the Daily Telegraph's Marcus Armytage and the Racing Post's Ben Newton and a host of other personalities from the world of horse racing. They have been allowed exclusive access to the weighing room at Auteuil and walked the course with Dean. They have stood beside the Taxis fence and heard at first hand from Richard and Marcus what it is like to tackle this terrifying obstacle, which is only ever jumped in the Velka Pardubicka.


And of course 'the Eck' always has any number of hilarious stories to tell from his many (many) years in the weighing room! Only with us will you experience this level of privileged access and have 'winners from the world of horse racing' as your guides. As always, your horse racing holiday will be accompanied by at least one of the principals of Course & Distance Limited. All horse racing breaks are fully inclusive of flights, racecourse admission (including hospitality packages where available), hotel accommodation and all transfers for the duration of the tour – all you have to do is soak up the atmosphere and concentrate on picking the winners. During the build-up to each tour we are very proud of the newsletters we produce for our guests.
